If your gonna shell out for some headers, get the cats, and do an axle back. If you got a cat back your just replacing 2.5" pipe with other 2.5".

I don't often have to do a cold start at hours that would offend my neighbors, but I do live in a super quiet neighborhood.

I just keep my car under 2500 RPM in town. I live in a semi rural area in NY so I can get away with the noise at WOT in the country.
