I purchased my PFADT drop springs from Apex last spring.

So far it is my favorite mod to date.

The handling is so much improved. You will LOVE it, plus the stance....sexy as can be.

Apex is also a GREAT vendor. Answered all of my questions (there were a lot of questions too!) and had my product at my doorstep in 3 days.

Post up some pics of that beast when you get your springs installed!!!!!

Thank you for your business. Glad to hear you were happy with your experience and your springs.

Springs arrived as expected today! Went around and got a few laughable quotes for install. Will most likely take a day off and do it myself with some extra eyes/hands present.

Ohhhhh man I want. I do have a couple of questions if you dont mind.

1. Is there a recommended alignment setting after they are installed or do I go with the factory specs?

2. Do they come in red?

I want Pfadt springs sooooo bad and it may happen soon . Apex, get ready.

1. They have suggested alignment specs at Pfadt's website.

2. AFAIK, springs come ONLY in powdercoated silver.

Here is a link to our alignment specs. You will not need any additional hardware to dial in a proper alignment with our drop springs. We recommend that for street car use to go with our Performance Street specification, it gives a great balance of increased grip and excellent tire wear. Click the image below for a full size version:

Don't forget your sway bars when your ordering drop springs! They are by far one of the easiest things you can do to easily improve the handling of your Camaro!

Are there different options on sway bars? If so, which is recommended for a DD?

The Pfadt website has all the specs that you need. Just beware, the dealers may not be able to handle alignment for lowered cars and some alignment shops have issues as well.

All said, I love mine! Just a bit more challenging getting it over bumps or on a trailer.

With Pfadt there are only two options, the Sport adjustable sway bars for 2010-2011 SS and the new ZL/FE4 spec sway bars for 2012+. Then there is always the option to update your 2010-2011 to FE4.

I already bought these springs and awaiting my 1LE delivery in a few weeks. Given the significantly upgraded suspension/bushings/sway bars/handling etc......that the 1LE comes with.....would you recommend a specific set up for that car with these springs? (I know no one has them yet for testing but would appreciate your thoughts) THX
