just got an offer of 1000 below invoice. I attempting to go lower on this depending on how the dealer is justifying his offer ie what incentives and what not he is including

Are you guys just negotiating to $1000 under invoice or using private offers and incentives?

To help those here, please expand on this. What is the sticker price for just the car and what is the total window sticker $s for just the options??

Now what year is the car and what was the price they offered?

so i looked for a 2013 1ss 1le no other options msrp 37035 invoice 35310 plus or minus a couple 100 dollars for those pesky ad/dealer fees. this is with no incentives used or money down dealer said he would go 1000 below invoice.
