is it just me, or does it sound like the header flanges are leaking?? Sounds awfully "clicky" when the camera is near the headers.

Im just suprised you can hear the valves that much.

IMHO, stock mufflers and ARH make the camaro sound like diesel at idle. But im sure the power is NIIIIIIICE!

Not really... Listen to the LS3 catback videos.... same raspy sound. L99 resonators seem to take care of that.

With the radiator pushed back for the CAI it looks like the hoses are VERY close to the pullys now... Maybe even a slight bend in the hose too...

Having heard the same ARH system with a prototype 3inch magnaflow system, I can tell you, the raspyness is in the mufflers .. None w/ the magnaflow mufflers

I would love a sound clip of that one, thats for sure!

Really hope there is a system out there that will give a nice deep sound with headers, cuz i really want a set of headers!

Good ears! I had same problems [in my previous Vette] in low RPM that you could hear the valves and then found out the gasket was broken and was leakinging.

I'm not discounting that at all... just saying the L99 resonators take away the raspyness... also a bit quieter.. Magnaflow may be good too LS3... but others are not...

Can we get a video clip of the ARH system with the magnaflow mufflers. I have the ARH system and would like a better lower sound.

Thanks for the sound clips and info!! Do you know who did the tune? Probably new era?
Off topic, I too would LOVE to hear the ARH LT's W/cats and the magna flows!

There is almost no valve noise. And no leak either. You are hearing the high pitched ting of the stainless steel. Listen again you should hear it. I thought after first listen the same thing.
Raspy, a little. But at least no popping on decell!

Here is a random question about the catted long tubes. If you add them without a tune (for warranty purposes), do you pull a CEL all the time or do the metallic cats burn enough excess fuel to keep that from happening?

I'm considering exactly that setup w/o a tune, should still put me up around 30whp.

Do you have any good pictures of the intake setup. Like from where it gets its air, and what it looks like not installed.
