Weight to horsepower ratio. Gotta pick your fights. Be careful because you could be very surprised when that Nissan GTR pulls up and you think you have a set.....

Rented a Mustang and it was too light (and cheap components, imho). Camaro is too heavy - but goes like heII! I'll take that one.

The quarters, fenders, door skins, hood and trunk outer, etc. aren't stuctural. The steel I'm referring to is the actual body and chassis structure.

well the ZL1 convertible is 4380 lbs!. my car is a hog, but still hauls ass

Don't by the v6 if you have an inferiority complex, buy it because it is what you want... I love my Vert and bought it because it is what I wanted.

Hehe indeed, I tought he was going to win, and we tried 2 times in a row just to be sure it was'nt a missed shift or something.

Those v6's are good with a few bolt-ons and tune, even the convertible one.

My 2011 vert 2ss with me in it weighed in at 2000 kg on the nose at our local hwy scales.

May weigh a bit much, but you want physics on your side for a lot of reasons; accidents, handling, stability.

I was riding side-by-side with a vette and not sure of the engine but when he let loose, he was gone.........
