The biggest complaint is the MAF sensor. There is not a lot of slack left in the wire harness.

Think I paid $118 delivered, I have a K&N kit (for my other car) and this filter needs to be oiled.

Also im planning of wrapping the intake to minimize the exposure to the heat but i use the kind material years back it looks like deteriorate between 6 months of used.

You can use header wrap but that is really overkill for the intake.

Jegs makes an intake wrap, it is really simple and can be pulled off and cleaned as well.

If you are going to use header wrap make sure to use the titanium from DEI, it lasts longer, insulates better and higher temperatures and does NOT require silicone sealing.
