This has got to be one of my biggest pet peeves. Someone doesn't like one thing about GM so they make a nonexistent connection between the company not pleasing them and falling on hard times. As if their tastes apply to the rest of the world or something. The $30,000+ GM would have made from you would not have saved them from bailouts or bankruptcy. I am 100% sure that there is some concrete reason why Chevy can't offer the C&C package for 1SS' right now because I can guarantee they wouldn't miss out on the money if they could.

GM can't please everyone and each individual person's tastes means squat to the rest of the world. Every time someone says "GM did something I didn't like, no wonder they went bankrupt" I wanna smack them. I always mentally picture something like this: "GM isn't putting a 5 bajillion horsepower motor that gets 100 MPG into a Z38409 version of the Camaro. No wonder they are going bankrupt......"

Sorry for the rambling...... I just get irritated by that......

I didn't want leather seats either, and despite all the nice things in the 2LT, I saved some coinage and stuck with the 1lT with the C&C. Still tempted to upgrade rims or the sound system, but who knows.

I was going to go with the 2lt as well but i hate leather seats, it really wasnt much more money for the 2lt once you add all the stuff to the 1lt but i Really didnt want the leather.

So will the 2SS/RS have the remote start or is it an option? The Camaro book that I have shows it as an option. When I ordered my 2SS/RS the dealer couldnt find the option to click for remote start.

Both 2SS and 2LT come with remote start STANDARD on automatics. Depending on how you look at it though it might be considered an option since you have to choose the automatic transmission option to get it, but that's a stretch. It's an "option" only on the 1LT if you get the Convenience and Connectivity package and not available at all on LS, 1SS or any trim with a manual transmission.

I have a question and i think here is the place to ask.
Does every camaro comes with USB port as standart, or you`ll have to have Convenience and connectivity package? Because i read somewhere, that it comes to all as standart, but if that is true, why is it included in Convenience and connectivity package? My point is, if i order a standart 1LT, would it come with usb port, or i`d have to get the C&C (or better go straight at 2LT)?

On all (besides the LS which I understand) you can get the RS package, sunroof, upgraded sound system, upgraded wheels, etc. Not the C&C on the 1SS, that just doesn't make any sense to me. Decisions like this add up and if applied to across GM's line up it can make a bid difference to their economic stability. That's my .02
