There is no doubt that shoes make a BIG difference. My running shoes just don't work. The soles are too thick and grippy. I don't have the feel and slip I prefer. Driving mocks generally work well (note Senna's choice of shoes) but my favorites are a pair of LLBean deck shoes with thin soles. I have great feel through them and they will slide off the pedals allowing for the smoothest shift action. If your shifting isn't as smooth as Senna's, experiment with different shoes. Im assuming you track guys have proper racing shoes?

I just used he SRP kit at Sebring last weekend and wow, what a difference. With my Puma ses and the pedals i had very little trouble with heel toes shifts. On the street i actually find it a little more difficult becaus the brake pedal is higher than the throttle but at the track they are level making it easy to roll the foot over.

Well cool guys. I emailed him yesterday and he had me go ahead and purchase the separate gas pedal for the Subaru BRZ and then send him the order number w a reminder to instead make it a Camaro gas pedal. Stuck with the machined (no-charge) surface and satin (also no-charge) silver finish. Hopefully it looks cool having a silver gas pedal with black brake and clutch pedals?
I don't really know what to do about the other two pedals yet but I wasn't too thrilled by any of the options, currently I just removed the oem rubber covers and painted the metal blanks with black bed-liner for grip. This is starting to come off however so I either need to do a more thorough job with a higher quality bed liner product or come up with a different strategy. Any one done anything interesting with these?

Yup, just installed it, it works. Still take a little getting used to but much less ankle rotation is now needed making things much easier. I wear a size 12 and have wide feet so now I can pretty much feel both pedals under my foot anytime I brake, so a throttle blip is as easy as picking my heel up off the floor and rolling my foot a bit, pretty cool. Will keep practicing before attempting on-track. Nice product, great finish and everything.
