darkrider01 : If you still have that 3sixty.3 file avalible would you please send it to me? I would really appreciate it.
I'll see if I can dig it up. If I don't have it, I'm sure the shop still does and I'll have them send it to me.

I installed the amp this weekend and the sound difference from Passive to Active is night and day. I just have a lot of tuning to do. Hope I don't blow a tweeter running straight to the amp. I set all my amp gains to MIN so hope that will prevent any mishaps. I really have no idea what I am doing when tuning or know what crossovers to select. This was overwhelming so I left the car apart and will do some reading.

CWI : Thanks for the heads up.

darkrider01 : Thank you so much for all your help. I really appreciate it.

Ok so I might be screwed. Got home after work to play around with tunning. Finished putting the car back together and turned it on. Went to the trunk to move the amps and 3sixty.3 back in place and all audio shut off. The 3sixty.3 now has a solid red light and will not put out any sound. Amps will not turn on as they get the remote wire from the 3sixty.3. Tried rebutting and resetting plenty times. If I plug it into my laptop it will read and the light gose blue but will not take any adjustments. Checked power and ground with a multimeter and looks good. I think I might have fryed it.

Have you run the latest firmware update on it yet? I think I had that issue with mine once and just going through the update process reset it back to operational.

scotty d: I'm not shure what you are asking. I have the 3sixty.3 set up with the high levelinputs. No need for remote wire as it turns on when the highlevels get a signal. Power comes from battery and ground to a bolt on the classy. Checked them with multimeter and all good. Rca out to two amps.

Darkrider01; Ya it was already running the latest version since my original install. I tried installing an older virsion and then newest one again with no luck.

Might rip it out and take it apart to look for any burns on th bored. Or a sodering point I can fix. If all fales then I will need to pick up another Dsp. Grrrrrrr

When I had it in my Camaro, yes. I grabbed the inputs from the input side of the factory amp.

This sounds crazy, but here are 3 things to check/try:
1. Are your remote in/out wires reversed? My manual has them backwards (no joke, caused me serious frustration when installing). If you disconnected them while moving stuff and then reconnected them reverse, you might experience what you're describing.
2. Reinstall the newest firmware over top of the newest firmware. This fixed a similar issue for me once. Don't try installing older firmware - that could cause worse issues.
3. Call or email Rockford. They are pretty decent folks and answered questions for me once.

Good luck!

After re-reading your post, I'd almost bet money you have the wrong remote out since you're using signal sense.

Ok the 3sixty.3 is officially dead. I have tried everything to get it back up and running but dosent look like that's going to happen. Now any thoughts on replacing it or moving to another DSP. I'm looking at the new Helix DSP Pro. It looks sweet and has an auto tune feature that might help me out.
