I read somewhere on this forum, that many had this popping. But the popping seemed to go away with a dyno tune. Some saying once they got off the tune, no more. Might be worth a look?

Yeah all the things you mentioned (poping, drone) those are all joys for aftermarket exhausts. As for your Borlas sounding louder. Do you have the s-type kit? If you do the mufflers are glass packs, and glass packs fill with carbon as you drive which fills in all the fiber glassm which basically turns everything solid and making it a straight pipe.

What is the length of the SLP LMII muffler?? Is is a tight fit because SLP sells LMII mufflers separate but they look different and are 18-3/4" long. I'm thinking of ordering the pari for $200 and custom fabbing the rest of the exhaust.

I was thinking of doing the same thing.I have the GFX and can't find a axel back to fit
