Thanks for all the opinions guys. Yes, it is the center speaker are and it is designed to still allow for the sounds to travel out of the speaker still. The gauges will be angled more to the drivers side for better viewing.

I was initially hoping for a "rounded & flat" version, but they said it did not flow well at all with the dash. I think this will work for most folks and I know it will not please everyone. We just are trying to at least bring a viable mounting option out for folks.

This will be going on the custom twin turbo we are putting together and the customer likes it quite a bit.

The 4 gauge cluster is a cool idea, but the shape will make it hard to read normally much less at speed.

I do not want to mount it up on the dash in front of the driver as I feel that, though it is a perfect spot to see, it would grab your attention during normal driving and could be a distraction and potentially dangerous. For an in front of the driver gauge, HUD is the only way to go IMO.

Keep the comments coming and I should have some pricing next week.

Thanks again everyone.

You know, I don't think it looks too bad at all. I'm not really feeling the contour along the top, but then again, a plain, flat top would probably just be boring. Is visability affected much?

I'm more of an A-pillar gauge person. I had a three-pod with Cobalts on my '02, and loved it. It's not original, however, I had all of my gauges (oil temp., coolant temp., and tranny temp.) easily visable and it didn't get in the way of anything. It made it a pain the clean the inside of the windshield, but it was a 4th. Gen, so that's hard enough to start with.

You know - I think it's kinda' cool the passenger can look at them a little too. I'd love to see the boost need swing toward 20 psi as my eyeballs get pushed into the back of my cranium, lol.

More cleare pics' please It's looking really good

I think that placement is a bad idea. The front field of vision is already crappy with the 10" of windshield and 4" mirror. Those will just add to the issue. I think something off to the drivers side, or better yet find a way to get it to feed into the readout between the speed and RPMs.

Just my thoughts.
