That seems like it has been two long with all that time, I would call the insurance company or body shop and see what the hold up is.

That is ridiculous... before Thanksgiving? Which, if my memory is correct, is in November?
It depreciates by the day, you've paid good money to drive THAT car (and not a rental), and, as Stealthpanda noted, you are paying insurance for a car that you don't get to drive.

Be a squeaky wheel. Sorry this is happening to you, but it is NOT normal or acceptable.

I'd go pick it up and take it to a different shop. Hopefully you have not paid them in entirety yet, you'll likely not see any of that money back.

I have not paid any money since it wasn't my fault . I'm not sure if GEICO paid anything to the dealer yet but yeah its getting to the point that I need to go get my car

It took 45 days for the dealership to fix my car and that's because it was close to 9k in damages...they had to replace front and rear bumpers, some suspension and headlight and a bunch of other stuff to me this is way to long for what your damages are.

Thats totally unacceptable. My wive's daily was rear ended few months ago. Had to replace rear bumper, pull the trunk floor out, straighten the trunk... Took 5 business days total!
