Yes he did say that. Put 3.91 rear gears on a V6 with it's low-ass 1st & 2nd gears and you pull on a stock SS all day. Obviously the SS will still win the race, but my car feels wild until it runs out of pull at the 1/8th mile. And I've driven every modern V8 muscle car as a rental so I've got a good basis for comparison. I wore those rental cars out too.

wow... talk about "late" response... sorry about that guys... and thanks for the shout-outs...
but it's a 2SS RS LS1 converted to LS3. Brian Tooley stave IV cam, yes 3.91 gears, LTH, laughing gas, new Weld wheels for the track only... (i think i was just commenting on the VTC thread is all... but my setting is never above SP3) ![]() ![]() BQM: 12.1 @116mph on Miche PSS tires need line lock and 3200 stall
