Got 0% and $2250 in rebates, plus the dealer knocked off another $1500 and is tinting the car next weekend. Wifee is now driving a CRT - 2LT/RS. The only thing she doesn't like about it is, her RS is not as fast as my SS........,like she said sometimes on the road you really have too go!
There was something I read on Chevys web site, said 0% and take rebates for 72 hr. Sure was great timing. |

I don't see anywhere that you get the 0% and the 1500 cash.

Just checked and it says 72 hr sale, does not specifically say both. It was early this morning and I must have connected the two because my dealer had just sent me an email and offered me both.

Talked to a dealer in Ft. Lauderdale, they said the same, a 72 hour 0% financing deal. I read other posts and wow prices these guys are paying with rebates still seems high to me for a V6? They have a 1SS manual trans for $34,000 after the rebates at said dealer by me. I'm guessing I can even talk them down lower than that right? In South Dade (Miami) they are advertised for $28,500 internet special for a L99 auto trans 1SS, is that just dealer BS?

After its all said and done I will be at 31000 then I have a private offer so 30000. 2LT/RS sunroof, NPP, Nav, polished wheels, CRT, auto, cargo mat, all weather floor mats. Lots of options. Its a decent deal I think, and has everything I wanted. I want one of the 2's. Don't want a 2LS and really cant afford a 2SS(I looked). T
The MSRP of just the car is 29205. And the options are 6975. So I am essentially getting all the options for free. This is a driving car for me not a racer, winding roads and enjoying the ride. I'll go fast but the V6 suits what I need it for. Next one can be the 1LE when the kids are out of school. Dan

Maybe it's a regional incentive thing. Still not seeing anything about $750 rebates/incentives.
I searched local inventory and they all look like this:

Weird, you do only have the 1500, where mine said 2250 (includes 1500 + 750). I thought it would be the same all over......

Also, when I was talking to my dealer, the incentive for belonging to a credit union was the ability to get the car at the Supplier Price, not $750 off.

Here is a break down of the Incentives from my paperwork last night:
Incentive Prog Ref - Amount - GM Incentive Code Rebate - 1000 - NCC B Cash - 750 - JGW Credit Union - 750 - CUP Select - 1000 - JIT Total - 4000 I did not use 0%/72mth, they offered 1.799/72mth so I used that to get an extra 1500 off the vehicle. |

Umm, you might want to check your math. 1000 + 750 + 750 + 1000 ≠ 4000 And can you explain what each of these incentives is?

I don't understand this statement.
jc20unc said the 4 numbers he listed add up to $4,000. I'm saying it doesn't. If you look closely at my post, the symbol between the "1000" and the "4000" is the "does not equal" sign.
