Mine was covered! Under warranty, they repainted it and it's all good now!

If you do not own a 2010-2011 DO NOT TAKE THIS TSB with you, it will hurt you more than help you trust me!

I love it when people bring in a TSB for a different car and demand things.
Had a guy insist we "check" his Impala ignition switch since the Cobalts had a recall to get new ones.
If they are painting these for you guys, they're probably billing under goodwill since it's not actually warrantable. I guess that's cool, but I just can't imagine caring that something that doesn't show and will just happen instantly again matters.

Not covered guaranteed. My car had the paint chipping issue due to the spoiler and the dealer that had been a TSB for 3yr/36k mi warranty they would not fix my car. Would not go under the GM Certified warranty either or anything. My car also had the cracked dashboard issue and best I could do on that was a co-pay with GM that would have cost me about $400-$500.

OK what if you have a 2014 SS/RS with this issue? Is there a TSB that I can bring in? I can see that there is some paint missing and I bought the car new in Feb 2015 from the dealer with 64 miles on it.

The TSB isn't for your car. If the paint damage is visible with the car assembled, just take it to the dealer. If you have to take the car apart to find a wear mark on the paint, just put it back together.
