We shall find out next Saturday! LSXMonsters race.

I think it will go 9.8-9.9 relatively easy. But I think it will be 138-140 traps. Depends on air!

Here is a nice article that was done on the setup I just built for my car. Long story short my car was stolen, but recovered (thank God), and I decided since it had some mechanical damage to build it up a little bit.

Goal is to get in the 9s Naturally aspirated.

Motor build is setup to run E85, stock stroke, and turn some RPMS (8200 to be exact). I am running a induction setup using a 4bbl throttle body for big flow, on top of a Super Victor manifold, and driving the 4bbl TB with a modified factory TB setup and linkage.

I then talked to the COPO guys and Patrick at Vararam Ind. about an airbox. Patrick built me an "Experimental" airbox to work with my top mount throttle body. Air flow is not an issue!

650 rwhp open/race exhaust setup. 620 rwhp through 2.5 full street exhaust!

Very happy for you and your build!

What valve covers are you using and was/would there be any issues with the a/c plumbing?

The car this engine is installed in has AC, so whatever they are running it must not be a problem. I'm running the Proform and they fit as well, albeit a PITA because of the AC...
