Most honest answer you will see.

I don't know of any Camaro 5 person or Camaro person who has ran both a PC centri kit and a ECS kit on their car. If they did they would probably lean towards the ECS kit.

Could do an huge AGP fmic easy enough on the ECS kit. Procharger guys swap to them all the time and have seen 100+rwhp gains.
Damn, 100 hp just from a fmic swap? Is it because of the extra cooling capacity? Actually that AGP is my favorite of all probably because of the size, would they sell me that separately?

Acutally thats a great question that i really dont have a good answer for other than the fact i have a friend that used to have one on a mustang, he made 700 whp, and me loving the way it sounded at idle (im going with straight cut gears) that's about it

why do you prefer the procharger over the ecs? Not too many guys around here suggest the pc over the ecs kit

nobody ever compares the actual head units as to which one performs the best it seems

Because the head unit is never the issue. The D1SC or the Ti/T Novi 1500 are all awesome blowers. What makes one kit better is the bracket, intake, pipes, bov, belt setup, tensioner. While the head units are comparable, I and most shops/people who have had or seen both, believe the ECS kit is far superior in those aspects.

Yes AGP will sell you just a FMIC, and yes over 100rwhp gains just from a FMIC.

On paper, but in reality, not that I've seen. Plus that is the old 1500 T trim, not the Ti trim that is now standard.

I've seen plenty of novi 1500s make 850-900rwhp, and a few d1sc struggle to get there. In reality they both top out ~850, but the novis always seem to hit that number easier.

Both Ti and D1sc are listed at rated 1400cfm.

ECS kit-bracket is far superior! Intercooler and can be upgraded anytime but the cost to get into an ECS kit makes it well worth it.

My 15 1LE is ECS equipped-real happy with it, my buddy with his Procharger kit is equally as happy-but again-prefers the belt tensioner setup of the ECS kit.

Here is a dyno graph of the ECS kit with one of cams-and a video of one of my track vids with it!
