I wouldn't be crowing about the GT's problems yet...
They put down the fastest lap of the entire class. Once they get the bugs worked out..they're going to be a very tough car to beat. |

Yeah, after all the sh*t talking from Ford fans about how the all new totally awesome GT would destroy the ancient C7.Rs, it was refreshing to see the exact opposite happen.

Same way at Watkins Glen . Their set up at the races is World Class. When you see their Garage area it's holy Crap and then you see their Pit set up .... Unreal .

And also, Corvette/Chevy powered cars took 6 of the top 10 places out of the 53 car field
![]() And almost took 1st overall but for a oil pressure problem which cost 3 laps, they finished 1.333 seconds back! Crazy
