Im lost as hell

Looking at the top graph, it really doesnt make a whole lot of difference, no matter what you get. as far as general driving goes, its pretty much the same numbers all the way across, except for the two spots where it peaks up about 20-30HP more, which are at around 3800 and 5200RPM.
Then from 5200 on, its stays about 15 HP over.

Maybe I dont understand what is going on here, but i dont see the big improvement, or where it would really be noticed unless you are racing the car.

granted i know more about 4x4s than I do sports/performance/muscle car motor building, so it probably should confuse me.
Now if yall wanna talk about gears and lockers... im there

Looks to me that for $500 more you get 15hp+ over the ported LS3. Thats the difference of going stock vs. intalling a quality CAI. You damn near paid that much for one, right? Hell tunes are costing you close to that for the same results measly 15hp+, no? What's $500 more for the same power increase over a ported LS3? FAST 102R FTW!

I think you might be reading the graph incorrectly. The lower number is the stock intake, the higher numbers is the ported LS3 & out of the box FAST

Bolting on a FAST intake is about 16 HP?

Speaking for those in waiting:

Come on guys...this statement is about as clear as the colored lines in your dyno comparison. What ARE you trying to tell us? Buy a ported LS3 or a FAST unit?
