My stock exhaust lasted almost two weeks... LOL

Stock was just to quiet for me...

Yeah, that's one thing I really miss is the classic purr of the V8. I have the v6 and it's too quiet for me. :( I have been looking at my options. I want something that won't cost me an arm and a leg, but at the same time, I don't want it sounding like a wanna b rice burner. Ya know?

that sucks, some people ARE just plain dumb. I don't like just plain loud exhausts, it needs to have a nice note to it too.

It sounds pretty good and probably just right for a 6 when you get on it, you really can't put a loud exhaust on a 6 cyl imo. If you want loud get the 8, you will look silly running around town with a loud exhaust on you 6 cylinder engine.

Hmmm... based on all the smiles, thumb ups (including at the track where my exhaust is REALLY LOUD during a full 1/4 WOT run) and all the people snapping pictures as I'm driving around town, i would have to say I don't look or sound silly at all...

I'm just saying if you are going to have a loud exhaust you should have a v8 to back it up. They are looking at your great car, not really caring about the exhaust, it just brings more attention to the car, if thats possible. No offense, i just don't think a loud exhaust belongs on a 6.

I'd like to second (third, eleventh, whatever) the opinion that I want it to start with a vroom and have a deep purr, but not be constantly loud all the time. I'd say my car is about perfect in this area.

Hmmmm.... A V8 to back it up? Why... I'm actually FASTER than some of the older V8s at the track....

Keep in mind that probably 80% of people can't tell if this car is a V6 or a V8 - especially if it sounds like a V8.
