I guess the good part of this entire experience is we documented what had to be changed and sent to their machinist who makes the brackets. Hopefully this won't be much of an issue down the road.

That is good news.
I'm sure you're not the first guy to strap one on a 14-15. I'm surprised this hasn't popped up before now.

Don't know what to tell ya. Guess I'm just the lucky one, although I'd be curious to hear from someone that actually has one installed on their 14-15. Being the machine shop who does the design and produces the kit brackets for ECS wasn't aware of a bracket change, I'd be willing to bet I'm not the only one that has run across this.

I was about to pull the trigger on this kit but after reading about the issue I'm holding off til it gets fixed. If it doesn't get fixed soon I'll jump over to the agp kit. I'm not going to spend $5k+ on a kit only to have it not fit properly and have to spend more money to customize it to fit.

It sounds like a small issue that should be an easy fix but I hear you loud and clear. I'm not quite ready to mod yet but I am doing the homework. I love the agp kit and I think the ecs is probably the best bang for the buck out there (adm is up there too).
I'm wondering how loud the ecs blower is inside the car during normal driving. Don't get me wrong I love the sound but my wife drives the car a lot too and I don't want her to be turned off by the noise. I have a muscle car and a drag car that make plenty of noise. I'd like this one to be quick without a lot of excess noise.

The blower itself is not very loud at all. There is a small bit of gear noise, but not much. The blow off valve is loud when you let off the pedal or rev if you choose the louder blow off valve. There is an option for a quieter blow off valve.

At least this is from my perspective from inside the car listening over my 3" kooks exhaust.
