I live in Rockwood, MI. Moved out here for work but originally from Rochester, NY which is where my family still is. Go back there on long weekends and such. Will definitely check out Vector, appreciate the heads up. New Era Performance has admitted that they have never tuned an LFX Camaro but has done hundreds of V8 Camaros, CTS's, and other late model domestic sports cars. They seem to know what they are doing. I am questioning whether or not having experience on a specific platform makes a huge difference or not. Or is it one of those skills that can be performed on multiple platforms because you "know what your are doing" Not sure if that makes sense or not but would appreciate anyone's input on this...

Correct but told me they had not tuned any of the V6 CTS, guess I didn't make that clear in my post.

To answer an earlier question of yours: it is definitely beneficial to use a tuner that's familiar with a specific engine/ECM. Sure, he's tuned Camaro v8s, but not v6s, which means he's not familiar with the nuances of VVT, GDI or the various other tips and tricks of the LFX motor. I mean I'm sure he could still tune it better than stock, but he'd still be missing out in some power, not knowing the ins and outs of the LFX.
