And 3.91's.

I would definitely look at Overkill's tuning service. He offers free re-tunes as long as you own the car. Each and every re-tune has gotten better and better with more data that i can log for him. And now my car is an absolute monster (compared to how it was just 4 months ago)
The 3.91's are a monster Derek, especially on Wills setup and Jayson intake mani + spacers.

I am going to hold out for a dyno tune. Wanted to have Livernois Motorsports tune my car but apparently they are not scheduling dyno tune only appointments until the fall which wont work for me.

I'm going to have New Era Performance (Rochester, NY) tune my car. I would think there has to be a reputable shop somewhere in AZ. Check out the regional forums and ask around for opinions.
What part of Michigan are you in? Livernois always has a 3-4month waiting list. If your in southeast Michigan, there's Vector motor sports on old us 23 between Grand river and m-59. They specialize in GM tunes and builds. They have a dyno and do E-85 conversion and tuning. Lots of turbo and s/c builds. The owner has his promod racer in the lobby. Don't know about the wait list, might want to check them out, heard good things about them. Might save you a trip to NY.

Unless there are dealers here in at that sell overkill products.
I'm also in AZ, what part are you in? I'm down in Maricopa, if you ever need anything. I'm loving Will Overkill's tune, he does an amazing job, and I feel very comfortable that he won't be making any mistakes in your tune file. I'm also running his e85 conversion, and that made quite the difference to me after having almost all other bolt-ons.

Also, join our facebook group if you're on facebook, lots of good stuff over there as well. You can find the link in my signature.

I live in Rockwood, MI. Moved out here for work but originally from Rochester, NY which is where my family still is. Go back there on long weekends and such. Will definitely check out Vector, appreciate the heads up. New Era Performance has admitted that they have never tuned an LFX Camaro but has done hundreds of V8 Camaros, CTS's, and other late model domestic sports cars. They seem to know what they are doing.

I am questioning whether or not having experience on a specific platform makes a huge difference or not. Or is it one of those skills that can be performed on multiple platforms because you "know what your are doing"

Not sure if that makes sense or not but would appreciate anyone's input on this...

Correct but told me they had not tuned any of the V6 CTS, guess I didn't make that clear in my post.

To answer an earlier question of yours: it is definitely beneficial to use a tuner that's familiar with a specific engine/ECM. Sure, he's tuned Camaro v8s, but not v6s, which means he's not familiar with the nuances of VVT, GDI or the various other tips and tricks of the LFX motor. I mean I'm sure he could still tune it better than stock, but he'd still be missing out in some power, not knowing the ins and outs of the LFX.

Hey Derek, when are you going to get some times? With 316 rwhp, you should be close to 380 hp at the crank which should be good for low to mid 13's. No?
