If the fuse is good, there are a few vacuum lines that you can check from under the car in the back. Each actuator should have a quick disconnect vacuum line attached to it and they run to the right rear area (passenger). If all of those are connected, there is a vacuum port on the rear of the intake manifold that supplies the NPP system.
My other thought is the car should be under warranty....Let the dealer look at it. Matt

Thanks all, took it to Classic Chevy in Grapevine, TX and all is good. Also got an alignment check so the Z is ready to go!

Ok, like I mentioned I have no clue how the Z28 system works. It makes sense it would be more like the Corvette, since it has an LS7 in it
And I can't find confirmation, but I think it's 3,000 rpm when it opens up, my original post was wrong
