His dealer isn't having financial issues either. The car can be delivered to him if they so desired. Not sure why they won't handle it.

Is it possible the MSO went to the dealer who ordered it and they traded the car from them.???

when i got my car i put money down the day before and they said it would be there within a week and it came the next day around 11am, i got off work at 7 and drove to go get it so i dont know anything about MSO but i'm in WA state so i dont known if its different here, and this was my first new car.

No, my CAR didn't come until 8 weeks after it was built. It sat with hundreds, if not thousands, of the early cars, in Pontiac, MI for QA "issues" including reflashing the BCM, the battery cable recall, etc...
