I have it and Im very happy with it. While we are on the topic...

What do you guys think I should go for next in terms of mods? Im definitely going to grab the magnaflow x pipe (and muffler delete).

Im also going to get a dyno tune but was trying to wait until I had most of my mods done before I did that.

Im going to hold off on rear gear swap for a few months... probably do the Richmond 3.55 when I do...

My mods are in my signature any input would be appreciated.

First, do you have the auto or the manual LS model? You should probibly go either with a ported or larger, 80MM throttlebody. Or highflow cats or catless down pipes. Either one is a good way to go. Where is rockwood at in Michigan as I live in Mi. also.

I have a 2LS. Rockwood is about 20 miles south of Detroit. Huron River drive exit (27) off 75.

Oh cool, I live in the Brighton/Howell area. US 23 and m59. Once you have your first mod on, and you have the intake spacer and the cai, you really don't pick up much rear wheel horse power from the other boltons. The tune, especially if you get the E-85 option, is the biggest gain in rwhp. The ported TB or the Overkill 80mmTB will get you 5 rwhp on the ported stock, 5-7 with the 80. The high flow cats will give 2-3, but improve flow as they decrease restriction. Stock autos go about 255ish on the dyno, manuals go about 265ish stock on the dyno. Full bolt on with a tune and the E-85 option, I've seen at 302 for the auto and 316 for the manual. After that you have nitrous and forced induction, Superchargeing and Turbochargeing.

Thanks for your input. Looks like I'll be picking up a ported TB next and then do the HFC/downpipes and X-pipe/muffler delete at the same time. At that point Ill be ready for a dyno tune. Hopefully hit around 300 rwhp like you stated above.

You'll need E-85 to hit 300rwhp.
