just over 6,000 miles on the kooks gaskets and all is fine,, if they do go out some day ill put the factory gaskets in, but for now they are doing just fine

I re-used the stock gasket after trying to use the one supplied by Kooks. Recommend just tossing the supplied gasket.

I re-used the factory gaskets and they leaked. Bought new factory gaskets and they leaked. Seems like the flange is warped. Sometimes it just doesn't matter how much $$$$ you spend....

Thanks guy's. Just got done un-boxing my system. Kooks long-tubes, and hi-flows 3" all the way back. Full kooks system.
If I didn't stumble upon this thread I would have used Kooks supplied gaskets. Thanx again.
One other thing! I am doing self install, laying on my back on the concrete. How high do you think I need to get the car off the ground for the headers to slide in??? They do just slide in, right???
