Well, that would certainly be a better fit for the 10" wide wheel.

You got issues with your dash lightning up like a Xmas tree and its not from the width of the front tire.

It sounds as if your speed censors are out of whack. Whenever the wheels were swapped, something may have sent them into a tizzy. I would get it looked at sooner than later or do a search on the net. Perhaps you can fix it yourself.

Do yu think the 20x8.5 would solve the problem because I got it checked out nd they said the computer thinks the front wheels are moving 4mph than the rear. They said over size wheels

Both front and rear tires are the same height and the width wouldn't make a difference. I run the same size tires fyi.

One or more of the wheel speed sensors.
Perhaps a wire was damaged. It's been mentioned on the forum that some members have had rear wheel contact with the wire unless it was tied back, usually when installing drag-racing wheels and tires.
If the offset isn't correct on your wheels that could be the issue. If it is, the fix should be straight forward.
Just a guess from me, I haven't experienced it.

I had a similar issue when I did wheels and tires. The issue is most likely related to your TPMS sensors, start there. Get them calibrated and rule that out first.

Tire and wheel width has nothing to do with your issue, like others have mentioned, but I agree that a 245 tire has no business being on a 10" rim...tire is too narrow.

Your tire sizes, as far as the computer is concerned are fine. There is no huge difference in overall rolling diameter that would cause the computer to freak out.

Fronts - 245/45/20 = 28.68"
Rears - 275/40/20 = 28.66"

When you stretch a tire like you did in the front its possible the diameter is off from the stretching. This may cause your issue

Good catch. Likely brought it down to being 3/4" or an inch shorter in height than the rears.
Could have just bought some more 245s for the rear and stretched them to a 10 or 11" rim
