If it's a lifter I'd think you would be able to hear it by placing the end of the scope on the rockers. You might be able to pull the plugs and rotate by hand and see if you can still hear the noise you should be able to pinpoint it easier that way IF you can get the noise when it's turning that slow. You can back off all the rockers and that will take all the pressure off the lifters. it's tough pointing a squeak.

Doesn't seem you are getting a misfire but maybe check your plugs and make sure one isn't loose leaking compression. A very small exhaust leak can sometimes sound like a chirp too.

I wouldn't drive it until you get it figured out if you can help it. It could cause huge issues if by chance you did have a lifter spin. This was part of the reason I asked about your springs and how many miles on them. did you rev it high rpm lately?
