The sidewall height on the 22" wheel and OEM tire diameter is equivalent to the sidewall height of a 19" wheel in a typical 26" tall tire. So, if you saw 19s on a 4th gen or a Corvette, the sidewalls would be the same as the Camaro rolling on 22s with its 28.6" tall tire. Here is a photo to help illustrate how tall the Camaro tires are. Pictured below are the OEM Camaro wheel, next to an 18" Z06 front wheel, next to a 17" Firehawk wheel.

Notice how tall the Camaro tire is? That means you can run a bigger diameter wheel and still have enough sidewall. Here is another funny photo, comparing an 18" wheel (with 26" tire) to the Camaro wheel. On the second photo, I photoshopped the 18" wheel into the Camaro tire, to illustrate how much sidewall there would be if an 18" wheel was using a Camaro tire height.

hahha wow, now that u compare! holy shiattt lolz, cool chop man!

I didn't know that. Hmmm... this changes things.
Thanks for this info, Tony!

Pzero-nero's are great tires. Even with a 400 TW, they hook pretty well. Lasted a good while when i had them on all for corners of my 04 mach 1 once. If i were to go with 22's (which i never will b/c not ghetto) i would go with these tires.

These are the correct diameter for the 2010 Camaro. No codes if you keep the outer diameters similar to OEM.

Tony
Are 295/30-22 Not recommended for the front?

Having the right 22 makes all the difference though because weight in some companies will not be good.

We run 265/30/22 and 295/25/22

I run these same size tires.

While my wheels are lighters than stock, they are shorter in height than the stock wheels and tires and I do get the sensor warning.

I am getting my drop springs installed this week.

You can run a 295 on the front but you better get Forgelines to do it. They already know the correct offsets to make the wheels. It's gonna be tight.
