I'm lowered 1.25 on Pfadt springs and am running 35 series tires front and rear and also have QTP cutouts and LT's and don't scrape on anything. Just go slow over them and or cattycorner them if need be. You should be fine.

Do you have skirts or lip? I was thinking on settling on a one inch drop since I do want skirts and a lip and I estimate the speed bump to be around 3 inches tall. I also have headers.

A 1" drop on a 5th gen is nothing major. As stated, when you have headers or anything that extends the body closer to the ground...you simply have to be careful.
Hell, I scraped headers on speed bumps on my '06 GTO on stock suspension.

Not all speed bumps are created equal. There are some that are freaking gorilla sized and I like to avoid those at all costs.

Yes sir, I have the ZL1 rocker panels and a Z28 front spliter that is very low to the ground, and it doesn't hit any of the bumps, and we do have some 3 inch high ones here.

Wow your car looks really really nice. Now you convinced me for the 1.25 inch drop. Thanks for your suggestion. I also want to get the rocker panels and a splitter.

Thanks bro!! Yea I looked at cars around me that were only dropped 1" and the tire to fender gap still bothered me, so I went 1.25 and she's perfect now. They have been installed for 8 years now and rides very comfortably. I didn't want to go any lower due to needing to install offset camber plates and such. I got my rockers and front splitter from RPI Designs, got the rockers pre painted and did the splitter myself. Good luck sir !!

Those were the rims I was looking into. With that 1.25 drop, are you forced to run 30’s? Also, do you have an Instagram?

I got them through MMR Designs, Carlos hooked me up. With the drop, right now I have 315/35/20's on the rear, and it closes up the gap a bit more than in the pic and DOES NOT rub at all. I had those 335 MPSS's on there to see how they would look and fit, all fine and I took them off and they are sitting in my parts room. Also in that pic the fronts are 275/40, took them off and now have the 275/35 on there and it lowered the front about 1/2". And no, I'm only on FB for now, no instagram stuff. lol

Looks awesome. Here’s how mine sits as of now. So far I think I am going to settle on a 1.25 inch drop with some 20x10’s in the front and some 20x11’s on the back all wrapped with 35’s. Thanks.
