During my time in the auto industry I worked alongside a few different automakers with Toyota being one of them.....trust me, you cannot possibly appreciate the level of disdain you gain for Toyota when you actually live with them from day to day. Even better, I was telling the folks on GMI, Toyota Nation, and myriad other sites that Toyota quality had gone down the crapper, and that the slide was continuing, as much as nine years ago now and the naysayers scoffed.

Still, given my vantage point with product and prototypes I saw the quality slide first hand. I could go into detail, but there is no point in doing so now. The other shoe has fallen and Toyota has been exposed.
