I like the current units look good. But I'll agree that I think something designed more like the Corvette would look better.

I agree. I think the ones from GM look like add-ons. Not horrible but not for me. I would definately consider something like the Vette guards.

Here is the deal.. You guys can sit on the fence while your paint takes a beating or you can put them on and have some peace of mind. Every camaro I look at has tar - nicks - and sometimes huge gashes in the paint where the mud flaps are missing. The sticky tires the RS comes with is a rock magnet. I looked long and hard at members photos before I put them on my baby and you know what. Most of my friends don't even see them when they look at my car. The last guy asked me what I did to the car lately and when I said I put on mud flaps he said... no i didn't see them before I got into the car. I guess he was expecting the old 80's thick rubber sheet you put on that looks like a square. The fact they are color matched and molded to the car sucked me in. My advice.... based on the fact I have no crap stuck on the paint anymore behind the rear wheels..... is to buy them now before more damage is done and sell them later if someone makes a better looking type... just my 2 cents.

I think the Vette guards look cheap, like some cheap black plastic guards on a toyota 4x4. I like the ones for the Camaro, body color matched to blend in.

I like the Camaro ones, I would have to see the Vette style on a Camaro.

Really? Almost 6K miles also have the street scene GFX and not one scratch. Anyway with the GFX the OEM ping pong paddles would not fit.
