Anybody know what those 2 clips attached to bundgie cord material are behind the rear seat?

They are seat belt guides for smaller people kids etc to keep it off their neck. It is called a comfort guide.

Removal of rear seat
Merc I just pulled the rear one out the other day.
The bottom is secured by clips, so you pull up to pop it loose. Then you push the seats belts through the holes. The top is held in by (the directions in this thread are quite good) a central 18MM and 2 sets of outer 15MM.

I'm late as Fk lol but don't forget the mufflers
 If you delete resonators and have aluminized xpipes that's another big weight loss. I think around 40
