I just picked up a 2011 2SS last friday, drive home cruise control worked perfectly. this morning on the way to work, it wouldn't work at all - the icon showed white, but never turned green when i clicked set. I was fired up thinking it was broke already! - now i'm anxious to pull up on the clutch and see if this is the fix!

You can set it as low as 25 MPH in this car. Also, if you drive a manual do not have your foot touching the clutch pedal. That can deactivate the CC (or prevent it from activating). Same thing if you use your left foot to Brake, dont have it touching the pedal all the time.

I had a weird issue last week with mine. After already having the cruise set, I wanted to reduce speed so I moved the toggle down and the speed went up!! So I hit it again and it went up again... Hit it one more time and cruise control shut off and even using the button to turn it off an on again it wouldn't come back on.

I had to turn the car all the way off and back on and things were back to normal. Could be some weird bug. The speed increases were only going up by 1 mph so not a big deal, but still it was a little strange.

I bought a 2012 SS and the cruise control doesn't activate afte pushing the button and "setting" the speed. The dashboard icon stays white. The weird thing is, it will work after I do this process a few times. I'm taking it in to have it looked at, but in all honesty I don't care... This is one car that shouldn't even have a cruise control unless it's set to 125!

I'm having issues too. It seems not to work when I first get on the highway. I'll keep pressing the button and nothing happens. Then after I wait a few minutes it will seem to set the wrong speed as where I'm trying to set it to. Then after another minute it works fine. I'll check the clutch next time this happens.

Just took delivery of my new 2015 RS. My cruise activates as designed, however it cancels itself at random times. I drive with my feet off of all pedals when it is on. Therefore, I assume it must be a problem with the clutch sensor or steering wheel wiring harness. I was hoping it would be a quick fix, but I will take it back to the dealer since this is a brand new vehicle.

Unless someone has an idea that will save me that hassle.
