if you are looking for an insurance quote. . . Call in and tell them you are looking to buy a Mustang GT. Insurance should be about the same for the GT and SS.

I am getting a 2SS/RS and I will be putting at least 25k down and paying the rest off within 12 months - probably $1100-$1200 per month.

It looks like 450-500 for me. I'll probably save a few grand over the first year and re-fi. I'm looking at around 35,5XX plus tax, title, lisense and fees. I have a $3000 credit on my GM card plus about $8000 saved so about $26,000 financed. Depends on interest rates.

damn your agency permits that? We are permitted a small blue strobe for response to Level 3 E.O.C. (hurricanes and such)....

Are you going to be using it on duty? I don't see myself ever putting more than 500 bucks in equipment in a p.o.v, when an agency (unless yours is an exception) provides all equipment?....

plus ...this is your baby, my friend!!! you are putting that beast in the line of fire...noooo thank you, haha

This is going to depend highly on down payment, trade in, and final price (ttl).

My Payment will be between $460-500 for a 1SS/RS. I will know the closer I get to ordering (in oct 09)

I am thinking around the $480-550 mark...w/ about 4k down. It will all depend on the interest rates...maybe this election and the new year will bring about some lower rates...the best rate here in my part of town is a credit union offering 5% on any new vehicle 07 or newer (credit score above 700).

I still havent decided what to put down. $8K minimum/$20K max. Depends on how life is going at that point in time.
Im 22 yrs old so insurance is going to be a little crazy. Im gonna put my wife on the Camaro though. Its always cheaper for women.
I ordered a 2SS w/RS, auto and sunroof. Just over $37,000.

My loan will be for 5 or 6 years depending on what payment I want.

Regarding the insurance, I expect no more than $1200 a year.

Im going for prob a 6 year loan and just paying off prob around 1000 a month untill its paid off that way if something happens i wont have huge payments of a 4 year loan and be screwed.

Not sure what the payments will be yet for that 6 year loan and im gonna have 10-12k down payment.

Putting between 15k and 20k down on a 2SS/RS AT. Depending on how much the GMPP parts are and if I even get them I expect to finance between 20 - 25k with payments maxing out @ 500/month. Add another 100/month for insurance. I can afford that now with a few adjustments in my budget, but by the time I actually get the car those paments will be eeeeeeasy!
