Come on now.
GM tells us we can't modify our seats but provides no alternative, then views it as a large enough problem for the 2010's to make a change in 2011.
year to year changes you have to live with. If it bothers you that much order a seat from GM and sell your on craigslist or ebay, or wait for a wrecked 2011 with the same interior color. I'm not downplaying you complaint but think for a minute what bothers you does not bother everyone. We go back to the same message every car is a compromise not everyone gets what they want.

But this is what's wrong with this country and the world in general. Let's just sue everyone for everything. Next time I run to Subway and get a sandwich I'm going to sue them if they don't give me enough veggies or skimp on the cheese... maybe I'll sue this website because they don't have enough smilies. Especially ones to show someone how ridiculous they are being.

GM is under no obligation to provide a replacement for a non-defective part in 2010's. This isnt a recall issue, nor is it a safety issue.

They did listen, actually, and made the change for the 2011 model year. The 2010's were already well into production when a percentage of people complained about the passenger seat clearance. In order to fix that, they made a small change for 2011.

Should I file a class action lawsuit with Chrysler because the 2011 Challengers are getting a new steering wheel that alot of people wanted in 2008-10? Should 2009 owners file a lawsuit because the 2010 owners got lighted cup holders as standard?

Oh! I know..2010 Synergy Green owners should file a lawsuit because people can get SG on a SS this year for a while.

Well, to understand, read through the hundreds of unhappy passenger seat posts. Sue? Well, that's too far. But I do understand. My girlfriend can't see much and gets upset - stomach - when we're driving on some roads due to the lack of visibility. It would be cool if they made a, much heavier, electric seat available as an option...

It is too far to sue but who has clout with GM to take care of us loyal customers?

Personally, they should be happy to get a ride in a sweet car. I would never complain about riding in it.

If you get another GM seat and as long as the actual connections to the floor and the floor did not change it should be plug and play. Also as long as the electrics connection did not change.

You know the little quotations (box at the bottom right) click that on each post to quote multiple people and not make three replies in a row.

Wow I didn't know that they had made a change on the 2011. I didn't think the seat was that low on mine, now I know why.

You bought the 2010 with the passenger seat a certain height. You can't sue because of that. You bought the car anyways. Plus, its not a safety issue.

BTW, my wife hates my Camaro because she sits 'too low'. :(
