I say 370Z all the way. I have always been more of a 2-seat sports car person. I do not drag race and think stoplight racing is pointless and sad. I do, however, love thoroughly wringing out a car on a nice road course. I think he 370Z would be the far better of the two especially considering the weight difference. For this fact, I am even starting to lean towards a Z rather than the Camaro. Additionally, I am really starting to warm to the Z's styling. The wider rear end coupled with its shorter length makes for some really nice proportions. Nissan did well with this car, at least to me.

Mustang.
Cheaper... Better looking (which I never thought I'd say about this new version...honestly, the 370z looks like a shoe!) And it's not Japanese... ![]() |

I loved the 350z, i hate the looks of the 370z, but still like them better than the mustang.

since Congoman made me choose, i say the Jap-trap. not only is it a better car with respect to interior, weight, power-to-weight, handling, fuel economy, etc., if i bought a mustang, everybody i know would call me the biggest hypocrite for as long as i lived

For me, I went with the Mustang. I really like the 370Z's looks, and the New 'Stang, so looks wise it was kind of a hard choice. I really am impressed with the redesign on the Mustang (though slight it may be). Thay are both VERY attractive cars IMO, but the Mustang wins for me. I just like it more. Camaro over both

I'd take the Z, simply because I like the looks better, and its faster.
I love my current mustang, but if I had to do it all over again, I would have bought something else. |

Duh. 370Z. Faster, nearly as good looking, better value for money IMO (~$33K for the 370Z). Remember you are also getting cutting edge technology, better fuel econemy, and Japanese reliability. I'd easily pay 33K. (the only reason I'm getting the Camaro is stunning looks, V8 power, backseats.

I love the look of the new Mustang, however it is not enough to sway me to cancel my Camaro pre-order.. The 370Z is very nice, but too small of a car for me as a daily driver. I feel cramped in one..

He probably means he's sat in the 350Z. Which the 370Z still shares the same platform with.

You're right Congoman. Yeah I just saw official curb weight for the 2010 Mustang GT is 3,549lbs. I always thought that the Mustang weighed in the 3300-3400lbs range. Guess Not.
