I chewed the hell out of the one I tried. That guys is a pro and it still didn't look that easy. Me not so much a pro I guess.

Looking from all the interest on the footwell lighting both here and locally, we should talk about that tomorrow if we get the chance...lol..I'd like to see it.

I have the Oracle Footwell pieces and haven't found the 45 minutes to throw em in....I need to. But for those who haven't done it, it would be cool to see those of you who have.

Heck, as soon as I decide on the two-color or the single color CCFL, I'm jumping all over it. Way cooler than the dull white ones we got.

It does look like it takes some amount of effort so I'll set a day aside for it when I do decide on it.

Well.....we had 14 show!!! Pretty good considering the weather! Hopefully next month will be better! Met alot of new people!
Sorry I won't be able to make it out to the track next weekend....going out to Phoenix for some R&R and Warmth!!!! I wish we were taking the Camaro, but we are flying out so a rental will have to do! Look forward to seeing everyone next month on the 6th of June!!!!! Lets shoot for 25 cars and a posting on the Camaro5 main page!!!!!! Keep this thread going!

Ivan - I have to hook up with you and get some of that vinyl! Let me know where we could meet!

Oh I know now that 25 is in the barrel for next month. Figure we had what? ...11 last time...of the 11, everyone but 1 made it out today.

We had (4) new C5's show up and (4) 4th Gens this time.

Missing the pair of LPE cars and Bruiser...that's 3 more to the plus side.

That a net of 22 total.....and there are still people that have posted here and not made it out yet.

I'm thinking that with better weather and another few weeks of all you guys continuing to talk it up, we should be looking more around 30-35 with the 4th gens showing out.

Speaking of which...my friend (the other Ivan with the red '02 SS car) mentioned that there is going to be a LT/LSX Meet next month.

If he doesn't chime in with details before I do, I'll find out more about it.

According to him there are people on a couple forums that have yet to hear about us and the meeting.

Keep up the hard work and Beth, give me a call Tomorrow and I'll get with you sometime this week and take it to you after I get off or during work...depending on where I'm delivering.

I sell Doug Thorley's value/bang for the buck to a bunch of guys. Heck, we all know a new car parment might be hard enough to swing. Adding more and more money to it doesn't make it easy.

DT has a fantastic line of stuff for the Camaros and I like the value that they package it all in.

Bottom line.

But I'll still be more than happy to get you some ARH's or Kooks too.....

Perhaps meet at "our spot" and cruise out on a predetermined route.

I could ask my son to videotape it if nobody else wants to. If somebody has taped a cruise or (ahemmm...) any sort of "true street" action, then maybe that person could step up for us and do it here. ??

You are correct good sir, we have planned a LSx/LTx meet for June 6th @ 2pm at the sonic on Lomas & Eubank.
I don't know if you guys plan on making it an ALL day car thing, but it would be Nice if allllll of you guys/gals can make it out, it's planned early so that it can be huge! So let everyone know about it!!

Saw a new Red Jewel with white stripes on Paseo @ Jefferson this morning about 8ish.

Also saw a White with Orange Stipes on Montgomery@ Lousinana about 8:45 this morning.

They are EVERYWHERE!... LOL

makes me think of the Tootie Roll commercial from whe I was a kid... "Whatever it is I think I see, becomes an new Camarro to me."

Got my ground effects on last night. Thanks to Curt for directing me to Kevin to get the parts painted while I was out of town. Car looks exactly how I want now! Should have those fancy LED markers on by Friday. I'll try and throw up some pictures once I get it all washed up.
