Now I am imstalling a set of our CNC ported facotry heads for some more power, should be around 750 at the same boost and we are calling it absolute quits there on the stock bottem end. Our client wants more but it just cant be pushed harder. His car is an LS3 car running 10.7's currenlty with stock suspension and tires lol. We have 5 other camaros here currently for heads cam builds, and two twin turbo projects . Should see some real nice cars soon!Oh if you see the white SS with slicks and skinnys next saturday at trails, watch out for some mid 9 second passes...Car has gone ten teens already , We just added some LSXR cnc ported heads ![]() Regards |

We have not done a cammed L99 with a maggie, however we have done multiple ls3 cammed maggie cars, and to be 1000% honest there is nothing *drastically different*. We have cam profiles for the L99 for boost applications they are in fact normally the same cam in the ls3 cars .If you want to add a cam down the line, I have plenty of knowledge to throw at you

ok, after a week+ of being lazy, I finally dug out the digital camera & took good pics of the dash kit. Here is a sneak peak. The rest are in my album.

Thanks DE...I'm thinking my grille is my next project. Not sure if I want the heritage billet style or the black chrome mesh style though. I like both of these:
Just for reference, our standard grille: I'm leaning towards the heritage right now. Eventually I'll get done with the appearances & then I'll start the performance mods... ugh, I bought a money pit when I had a perfectly fine truck...LOL

I will stop by the shop Monday. I want to ask you something anyhow. I want to get that H pipe out and put in a X... A cat back is out of the question right now... we have a horse that may need to have its eye removed... ![]() ![]() all in one and I decided today, I am starting back to work on the 67 Camaro. Less Camaro5 and facebook, more progress. I am tired of looking at a pile of parts in my basement. I am just going to work on it in my 2.5 car attached garage, screw the Honda. I am actually going to go and start sorting parts this weekend. Oh and be prepared, you have to get it running!anyhow... X pipe... I figure I have 3 options: A.) non resonated Magnaflow tru-x with stock resonators -or- B.) a resonated magnaflow X and remove the stock resonators -or- C.) non resonated magnaflow tru-x without any resonators... I feel C will be too loud with the pass through type muffler the OEM systems has... I recall my dad's car with the Pypes... I feel A would be the easiest and cheapest BUT I feel B would give the best sound... I love the way the car sounds now with the exeption of some popping... and its not the decell popping, it does that too, but I am fine with that. Once in a while, if the stars align just right and earth spinning at the correct rotaional inertia, it will let out one hell of a pop or two... RPM around 3 to 4K, car in lower gear, off the gas for about 5 seconds, RPM coming down, car slowing down then POP POP... Other then that I am loving the sound!BTW... I was at KMart on Friday and there was a car there just like Drews (at first glance)... anyhow this guy comes up to me and says "is this your car" I say... "no its hers <points to Lisa>" So he says "is this that real wild sounding one that was here a few weeks ago? I really loved that car and wanted to hear it again!" So I had to reply "No, sorry he's not here this week!" EVERYONE loves Drew's car. It is probably the BEST sounding Camaro I have ever heard... Quote:

OK... so I know its early to be thinking about Friday but is anyone up to go to Milford Kroger again? You know... I went to KMart last week...
![]() Anyhow, Kris is busy again this Friday helping set up for that wedding this coming weekend so she won't be joining me. I really want to bring the IROC to the next cruise in but driving it to Dayton... eh. Well TO isnt so bad, its the HOME at night that is the killer. The cruise doesnt work and its not too comfortable... I mean I suppose I would come up but I am putting it out there to see since there are a lot of folks popping up in the southern areas... Think about it. Weather as of now looks good but who are we kidding, it could change 10 times by then. OK for those of you who don't know, I decided to get back to work on my 67 Camaro. It has sat dormant since August 2008 so today I built a work bench and got the garage pretty much ready to start working. I need to get some help moving it from the barn to the house and then get the 220V from the mud room to the garage. I hope to be able to atleast do some more of the tear down over the summer so I can get back to putting it together over the winter. I will be sure to keep everyone up to speed but I may not be around as much... Dont leave me out of anything cool! yesterday: ![]() today:
