Sorry, guys & gals....not gonna make it to the shoot. IT on-call duty has been a bear this weekend! One of our Tier-1 storage arrays is having an ldev issue...so, GEEK BOY to the rescue!!! Hope y'all have fun! C-Ya next time!!!

This will be an awesome event! I'm always up for a cruise and proceeds go to a worthy cause. Who's in with me? Facebook Event Invite
They are accepting cars for only $10 entry fee, but I think it is still worth the $20.00 the bikes pay.



The ride is approximately 125 miles on a nice scenic route with a half-way point at Javelina Harley Davidson (Boerne, TX) for some activities. The ride is set to end at a benefit plate sale for The Sons of Texas MC (Deer Crossing Saloon in Selma, TX) where they will also have a raffle and a silent auction to benefit fellow rider Red. To ensure everyone's safety on the road, this will be a police escorted ride.
There will be a best bike (both sports and cruiser) competition, a raffle, and a slow bike race, along with other activities. Registration fee is $20 per bike which includes a "Some Gave All" wristband and 2 raffle tickets. Additional raffle tickets will be $5 100% of the proceeds will go to the Convoy Warrior Association. Please come out and support this great cause.... for those Who Gave It All! Please keep in mind you don't have to ride a motorcycle to support.... If you would like to drive, walk, skate, low-crawl, or just donate period-- we will greatly appreciate it, as the families will as well!! Every little bit counts.... every little bit helps!

Im headed over, leaving Austin area around noon on Friday so I can go by the office and take care of a few things... Hey Y'all,
Amy sent me a text earlier this evening to let me know that she had been rear-ended! Man, that sucks! I know Damon can sympathize with her. She's only had the car for several months and now this! Don't have any other details, but hope she's okay. As for me, I was on my way this afternoon to my daughter's volleyball match at Smithson Valley Middle and got caught in a thunderstorm along with some HAIL! It felt like small pellet-size hail. My heart dropped and I was fearing the worse that my IOM took some damage! The storm passed through very quickly, but I was thinkin' about my ride throughout the whole match! Well....Got back home and parked the car in the garage, turned on the lights, and as far as I can tell, I don't see any damage. I guess I lucked out this time.
BTW, Smithson Valley beat Church Hill Middle 3 games to 0... GO MUSTANGS!

That happened to me last year when I just purchased my 2011. Small hail, they put it under a special light to see the small dings. I love painless dent repair. You should have it checked out.

Thanks, Rich. I just might do that. Who did you take yours to? I really couldn't see any damage, but then again, my eyesight is going bad. LOL
Probably don't want to have to go through insurance if it's minimal.
