Spreading the love to different auto shows. NAIAS used to be the single big band in the industry. And then news was dead for the rest of the year.

Now...the game plan is to keep companies in the spotlight all throughout the year. And by spreading out their releases across many different auto shows...it does just that, and reaches more people that way, too.

The Chicago Auto Show is also promoted as the largest of them all in the US......

Yeah, but everything should be launched in Detroit and then tour the rest of the shows. It kind of sucked that the Vert was launched in California, but skiped Tampa, and then was at Detroit.

Not necessarily, if GM wanted to. They could just import the Lumina SS from the Middle East to the states. Its pretty much ready, its left-hand drive and already a Chevrolet. Just slap a new name on it, make sure it'll pass inspections and safety standards in the states and your pretty much done. Saves some time and im sure some money this way, instead of coming out with a whole new looking model like they did the G8. Just a thought though.....

Well that may be but I feel that GM owed this reveal to Deroit. There are a lot (and I mean REALLY a lot) of abandoned empty plants post bankrupcy around here. They just walked away, auctioned off and now are knocking down billions of dollars of mis-managed assets. It would have been nice for them to reveal something major like this in the city that literally lives AND DIES by the auto industry. I know that is a homer perspective but you would have to live here to understand.

I'm glad they turned it around but if you lived here you could really understand how much of a tragedy this bankrupcy was. Not trying to get this off topic. Still excited for the announcement for tomorrow and plan on buying up as soon as I am able.

He doesnt Steer ANYONE wrong, Not just Camaro5 members but anyone that he thinks of as friends. while he can not give out full information about everythings, He can drop hints lol
