The HOST HOTEL (read: Wyndham Indianapolis West) is completely Booked. You should not be able to get anymore rooms at our rate. If you are...please double check everything's in order, because they've closed our block.

I hope they realize that whosoever dares to rent rooms at our hotel while we are there needs to be ready for some noise.

I understand the local regulars and all that but seems to me they could either give us the whole hotel or tell their regulars when they check in that they have a Mensa convention there.

There will be one or two other sizeable groups at the host hotel....but I've arranged for our parking lots to be on the opposite side of the building as theirs. Typically...most of the noise happens out there....We may need to skirt on the live music, this time, though....

There isnt much around the hotel. One side is an expressway and on the other side some businesses and smaller hotels. Residential noise should not be an issue.
