Warm up or take off right away?
Both. I live halfway up a steep hill, with a more gentle slope for a while at the bottom. I fire up, put it in gear after about 10 seconds, and the fast cold idle lets me roll along at about 30 for 3/4 mile in town without ever touching the gas.

I rev my engine a few times first to hear the sweet sound of exhaust and then I drive off.

When the oil temp gauge moves anywhere off the left side of the cluster she's ready to haul ass. That is generally by the end of the main road out of the division since I've already taken the time to back out of the garage without killing anyone, watched the garage door close so I don't drive all the way to work wondering who the hell is inside killing someone, and going slow enough that I don't kill some dumb kid to jump out in the road because he missed the school bus.

Start it, let it run for 15 or 20 seconds, and drive away. Don't do any high rpm driving until you have the motor up to temp. The oil starts circulating the second the engine starts turning. It's only going to take a few seconds for everything to get fresh oil.
Those with cams, and high spring pressures should definitely wait until the motor is up to temp before hitting high rpm's. Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk 4

I know I should probably let it warm up, but 99% of the time, I just don't have the time to... Good thing it's got a warranty.

To the guys that mentioned a short idle to get oil flowing: that's outdated thinking.
We had to do that back in the days before premium-quality oil existed, and there were no anti-drainback valves in the oil filter. Your oil pressure on these cars is instantaneous. The second you start cranking, there's oil pressure. The oils we use coat everything with a protective film. Even if there weren't instant oil pressure, that coating still protects, regardless. So many things have changed from what our daddies taught us.
