Thank you for all the information, are tye Ti Shims worth adding? Do they effect pedal feel atvall? I read a few posts where people said they did and removed them.

I would not run the titanium shims with the OE HP1000 pads. The idea with the titanium is that since it has slow heat transfer properties, that the plates would slow the heat transfer from the pads into the caliper pistons. As I mentioned, the HP1000 pad can be overheated so we wouldn't want to do anything that would keep more heat in them. Now I did run the titanium plates on my Gen5 1LE when I ran Raybestos ST43 pads. The ST43 pads are a true racecar pad material with a very high temperature range. I never faded those pads and I felt there was no harm in keeping heat in them and, in effect, the rotor. There is no detriment in pedal feel with the titanium plates.

Okay for front pads I see A GM # and AC # they appear to be the same pad Correct? The one link posted in this thread said they were not.

The pads you are looking at here are the OEM Brembo pads and what you are looking for. BREMBO PN P37018N you mentioned in Royal Tiger's thread are ceramic and not the same Brembo part number as these.

The Brembo part numbers you list for front rotors are what I run with my Gen5 ZL1 brakes. I cannot tell the difference between them and spare set of used rotors I have from a ZL1.

The AC Delco is the same as the GM#. You can look at the pads when you get them and they will be stamped HP1000

171-1040 is what you want for the front.

171-0882 is what you want for the rear.

177-1145 and 177-1146 are what you want for the front rotors. OR, the Brembos I mentioned in my thread here:https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=585555

177-1051 is what you want for the rear rotors, which are the same rear rotors already on your car. OR the Brembos you mentioned.

Always reference this thread for pertinent parts #s and info:

Thanks I ordered the Calipers from Hawks today, the set I was watching sold right before I went to place my order, I have ZL1 Calipers coming. I have The Backing plates, Bolts and new hardware kits along with the Lines here already. Now I need to get Rotors and Pads. Thanks for all of the help. I am sure I will have more questions.

I ordered this rotor today,
The Price was right and it said one left hopefully I'll get it and it's a Real Brembo rotor. I'll order the rest next week. I was leaning towards teh DBA But the price is right with these.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

What is the deal with this rear rotor, They come with Black Hat, is it comparable to the Brembo or the other GM Part # Specs on Rock auto say it is a little smaller than other GM Rotor but it may be mis print.

Amazon cancelled my order like I figured they would, Stating the part was out of stock. At this point I am on the fence with getting the DBA Rotors or Brembo. The price is about $300 difference total. I am just not sure which is the better long term choice.

Im leaning towards DBA at this point. OEM is great but if i can get a good deal on DBA for a hair more, its more worth it for me

I received all 4 Rotors from Amazon, 3 of the boxes ( All came boxed well from amazon )were in great shape the other was a bit rough and it appears it shipped judging by the stickers to a couple different performance shops before finally being sold to me and this Brembo box was slightly different maybe a older version.

Rotors look great and they are large. I may paint the hat area on the rears black I picked up Hi Temp primer and I have different Hi Temp paints. I just dont want them to rust and look bad.
