1st Gen here. I'd consider trading my 5th Gen for the right 1st Gen.

I love the first gens because you know you're in a muscle car. The fifth gens hide it well and you can be fast and have the bells and whistles. I have been a Camaro/F-body fan for decades but our f-body club refused to let the 4th gens in when they first came out. Our Chevy dealer also sold the Geo and they always put the Camaro right next to the Geo Storm and it looked like a mini version which ticked a lot of the locals off here. I thought when the 98's came out they looked like a Jaguar(good thing).

Beautiful 69 I just love the body style of the 69 of course I am partial because I bought one in 69. I would also trade my 2010 for a 69 any day. I am always on Craigslist looking for one but they have become very pricey.

Very nice car,the first gens started it all

I think the 1st gens are the most beautiful gen.

I think the 5th is best for build quality, driveability and all around performance.

'67-72 & '10+. That is about it for me... ;-) The rest I really don't like at all. Sorry.

very nice 69RS, wow time flies, seems like this thread was only a couple of months ago when I made my post back in 2011 and I still have the same response, I love them all, but the 5th gen is still my favorite
