I saw you didnt drill the holes during your splash guard installation. I too just got a set of guards and wouldnt of ordered them if I knew I had to drill holes into my car.

How have they been?...Any issues without that push pin installed?
Thanks

Good question...I haven't installed mine yet. Waiting for temps to be more constant 70+ degrees.

Diocrew,
Thanks for the photo's and DIY instructions! Installed the Summit White ones on mine today that I ordered from RPI Designs. Took all of about 30-45 minutes and no issues! I did use the 5/16th drill bit tho as suggested. Thanks again! Am very pleased with the results!

Old thread but wanted to add some info. I highly recommend these, Camaro can get chipped up bad without them, seen a 1500 mile ZL1 chipped up REAL bad and decided to get these for my own.

One place I highly recommend for any OEM accessories is Abernathy Chevrolet eBay, their prices on OEM are just incredible, they also have Summit White color others said were not available everywhere.

My thanks also for the info, I'll save myself $40 by ordering from Abernethy Chevrolet.

Thanks also to the OP for the DIY thread.

I just ordered mine from Abernathy. Their OEM parts are much cheaper than anyone else. I ordered all weather OEM floor mats cheaper through them than I could find anywhere. They ship very quick too.

Just installed mine, but at 42,000 miles, I think I'm a day late and a dollar short but I want to limit any further damage. My car is black so chips show more than other colors. What I want to know is why these don't come installed from the factory? This car definitely needs them.
