Saw it live on BJ auction show. Will be a piece of memory for me. Very nice set up. I like the stripes set up on the dash, very cool.

I do wish they were just a little farther apart or outlined with pin stripes like mine but I still thing they look great. I have always felt like the standard rally stripes look unfinished on this particular body style.

Needs a white SS in the grille and it would be perfect. I can't believe they stick a gold bowtie in a "Heritage Grille". The heritage of the SS is a white SS badge front, back, and fenders.

I agree with that. I am not a big fan of the retro badge but it would have been really fitting to honor the original that way.

Glad they used the L99 (auto) instead of the LS3 with Mr. Clunk and Grind T6060. This car is a classic in time with or without the rag top.

thats exactly what i am going to do when i get mine.

i already have a victory red with white strip all the way thru
i was going to buy a white convertible and put red strips all the way thru.

The first pic of the two cars next to each other (the official shots not the ones from Barrett Jackson) I don't see a shark fin on the back but I am pretty sure that is a photoshopped promo image so I'm sure the fin will be there on the actual car. I am going to Barrett Jackson on Sunday so I'll check and take pics. I want my cookie!!
