Do you as the admin decide what text is associated with what smilie gif?

So, if someone created their own gif then you could determine what the appropriate :text: would be to link to that image?

I need to get back to my work computer. I'll fiddle with it some more tomorrow, and try to clean up the white spots a little better.

It would be cool if you could chop the camaro with the wheels truned left and right, then I can sync em up with the smilie turning the wheel. We'd probably need three frames each way with the tires turning progresively further on each one. For a total of six frames, three to the left and three to the right.

What do ya think?
