I'm with you, some of the comments on this forum make me fall off the chair laughing. I don't drive mine on the rare snow days around here but the rest of the year it's a daily driver. I doubt your car is going to melt.

It is not overheating. This is the highest in 50 years, back East. But it was hotter before that

I've got the best combo for warm weather, Summit white exterior with a cloth interior...the heat is not a problem!

Since our batteries are in the trunk heat does not effect them the same as if in the engine compartment. In the winter time the batteries can have a hard time as nothing is there to warm them up, but don't have to worry about it being too cold in Phoenix.

Only going to be 104 today and damn that is a cold spell. I might have to break out the sweater.
It does get cold in Phoenix. We had winter in 1985. I think it was on a Wednesday.

Nearly 100 degrees in upstate NY...

I have no garage. (and I'm finding that it will be VERY difficult due to zoning in my community to build one =/ I may move. I'm not kidding)

So.... I've kept the car clean and waxed regularly. Preventitive maintainance is all I really have. I'm putting it in storage for the winter, but I may buy a car cover just for times like this.

I guess that makes me 2nd Best. Rally Yellow with Cloth Interior. Not as cool as White, but brighter colors always stay cooler.

You can say that again. Cool song by the way in your picture "Motley Crue - Wild Side".

So...Brunoz...where in NJ are you at? Close to Freehold?

Sorry, lot's of places beat it, but the gulf areas of texas are the worst because of the humidity. We don't have that problem in the DFW area. :P

Sorry, but with today's A/C compressors you mileage doesn't drop enough to be a factor.

I live in Kansas, but I'm currently on vacation in a much cooler climate......Florida! Strange but true. Hang in there, man.
