Sweet! Are they HID or halogen? Just curious about the light color.

You can see it in the the image with a shot just toward the front of the right front tire, and it was mentioned in a later video with Mr. Peters when he points it out at the right rear of the vehicle.

I'm sure they're both halogen. If you watch the sneak peak video, there's a quick shot while it's in the dirty doing a donut. I don't believe they were on, when pulling onto the stage, though, before the introduction. I'll be looking at LED or HID technology for both; maybe some super-white lights from PIAA and LED for the other.

question about the brake cooling ducts? Are they going to replace one of the fog/drl or are they going to be incorperated into the lower grill? I know on the dare i say "boss 302" they are a customer installed option..but i am really excited about the road race basis of this machine..

The press release lists the foglights as true HID units...

They are already there.

Look real close at these pictures, where the lower air-damn grille bends back into the fascia...see the intake housing behind it?

This is directly ducted to the wheel hubs, like the Z06.

Yep, and Yep.

Along with an intercooler for the supercharger, and wind-tunnel tested heat-extractor vents on the hood to maximize cooling and downforce.

Do you think they will take orders like they did when the Camaro first came out? If they do, do you think they will provide the same features? i.e. Pic signed by crew and build number stuff? I think that would be pretty awesome and I would put my order in as soon as they let me

Those "features" were volunteer actions by the folks at Oshawa...it wasn't an advertised thing. There's some pretty cool people up at that plant.

Ubless I am totally off...those do not really seem like openings they look more like inner plastic sleeve for air deflection. When I hear openings I think of physical openings on the fenders themselves.
